CLEANING AND DESCALING
Descaling cast iron pipes removes rust and mineral buildup, typically using mechanical methods like milling machines with chain knockers in the combination of hydro jetting. This process restores the pipe's original diameter, often avoiding costly, invasive replacement. After proper descaling and sanding we move onto the coating process!
EPOXY
The specially formulated epoxy coating resin forms a semi-structural enhancing corrosion resistant barrier inside the original pipe that is a tested, safe and environmentally friendly product. The new pipe is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and non-corrosive. Thanks to a high breaking stretch, it also withstands shocks and bending. The new pipe becomes elastic and antistatic.
